Privacy Policy

• Your email address, and a password if you sign up with email. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider, not by us in readable form.
• If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic account identifiers from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Timestamps for account creation and sign-in, used to run and secure the service.

• Name, profile photo, city and state, age, bio, and links to your own social profiles.
• Interests and discovery preferences you pick during onboarding or later in Profile.
• Profile photos you upload are stored in our hosted file storage and shown to other members according to your settings.

• Experiences you add, and experiences you mark Going or Interested, including the ones shown in My Year.
• The visibility you choose for each experience: Private, Connections, or Community.
• Trips you create or join, including trip names, dates, checklists, itinerary items, decisions and polls, comments, invitations, and who is travelling.
• Race distances or similar details you record for an experience.
• Search terms that return no results, so we know which experiences to add next. These are stored with your account id and are visible only to administrators.
• Basic product counts such as a homepage visit, an AI search being used, or a trip being created. These are stored with your account id, or with no id at all when you are signed out.

• Connection requests you send, receive, accept or decline.
• Direct messages, group conversations and event chats, including anything you share into a conversation.
• In-app notifications generated by these actions, and your notification and messaging preferences.

Messages are stored so conversations work. They are readable by the people in that conversation. LEHHGO administrators can access message data where necessary to investigate a report or keep the service running, but we do not read conversations routinely.

LEHHGO does not use precise device GPS and does not track you in the background. You type a city; we send that text to Google’s geocoding service to turn it into approximate coordinates, and we store those coordinates so we can show experiences near you and estimate distance. Experience locations are geocoded the same way.

When you report a member we record who reported whom, and any reason you give. When you block someone we record the block so messaging and connection requests stop in both directions. Reports are visible only to LEHHGO administrators. The person you report is not told who reported them.

Running the service involves ordinary technical data such as network requests, error reports and diagnostic logs from our hosting and database providers. We do not operate third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell your personal information.

We use browser storage for the things the product needs to work: a sign-in session stored by our authentication provider, and small local values such as a flag that records your homepage visit once per browsing session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage for profile photos.
• Lovable — application hosting, and the AI gateway used for the natural-language search and trip-creation features.
• Google — optional Google sign-in, and the Maps geocoding service used to turn city names into approximate coordinates.

When you use a natural-language search or AI-assisted trip creation, the words you typed are sent through the AI gateway so they can be interpreted. Matching and ranking then happen against our own catalog. We do not send your messages, profile or connections to the AI service.

Experience pages may link to an organizer’s official site or registration page. Those sites are run by other companies and have their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover them.

• To run your account and show your profile according to your visibility settings.
• To show relevant experiences and people, including nearby results.
• To deliver messages, connection requests, trip invitations and in-app notifications.
• To keep LEHHGO safe: reviewing reports, enforcing blocks, and preventing abuse.
• To understand which parts of the product are used and which experiences to add next.

• With other members, according to your discovery and experience visibility settings.
• With the service providers listed above, only so they can run the service for us.
• Where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Your name, photo, city, bio and interests, according to your discovery settings.
• Each experience you add is shown according to its own visibility: Private, Connections, or Community.
• Messages are visible only to the people in that conversation.
• Your email address, your private preferences, and reports you file are never shown to other members.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself at any time from Profile. When you do, your profile details are erased or anonymized, you are removed from discovery, your connections are closed, your attendance records, alerts and blocks are removed, and you leave your conversations. Messages you already sent may remain visible to the other participants, shown from an anonymized account, so their own conversation history is not broken. Sign-in for the deleted account is disabled. Backups and provider logs may retain residual copies for a limited period before they expire.

• Edit or remove profile details at any time in Profile.
• Control discovery, direct messages, event chats and notification alerts in Profile.
• Change the visibility of any experience you added.
• Block or report another member.
• Delete your account from Profile.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal data, such as access, correction, or deletion. To make a request, email privacy@lehhgo.com. We do not claim certification under any particular privacy law.

Access to your data is restricted at the database level so members can only read what they are entitled to, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password.

LEHHGO is for adults 18 and over. It is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email support@lehhgo.com and we will remove it.
