Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older to create a LEHHGO account. You agree to give accurate information about yourself and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including anything posted or sent from it.

LEHHGO helps people find experiences, plan them with other people, and meet others planning the same things. LEHHGO is not the organizer, promoter, ticket seller, travel agent or operator of any experience listed on it, unless we say so explicitly. We do not sell tickets or registrations and we do not handle payments. Registration, entry, refunds, cancellation, safety and rules for any experience are handled entirely by that experience’s organizer.

Some experiences are marked official: they were added by LEHHGO from public information about a real event. Others are community experiences added by members. Details of either kind may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and organizers can change or cancel an event at any time. Always confirm details on the organizer’s official page before you travel, register or pay for anything.

LEHHGO links to organizer sites and registration pages run by other companies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or terms. Your dealings with an organizer or ticket seller are between you and them.

You keep ownership of everything you post: your profile, photos, experiences, trips, comments and messages. By posting, you give LEHHGO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy and display that content inside the product, only so it can work as intended and be shown to the people you chose. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already delivered to other members and for residual backup copies that expire on their own. You confirm that you have the right to post what you share.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate or endanger another person.
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or deliberately misleading content.
• Use LEHHGO for spam, scams, solicitation, bulk commercial messaging or ticket resale.
• Add experiences that are fake, misleading, or that you have no intention of doing.
• Scrape, copy or resell other members' information.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not entitled to.

Our Community Guidelines form part of these terms.

Connecting with someone requires their acceptance. Direct messages, group conversations and event chats are for planning and getting to know people, not for promotion or bulk outreach. You control who can find you and who can message you in Profile.

You can block any member, which stops direct messages and connection requests in both directions, and you can report a member from their profile. Reports go only to LEHHGO administrators. We review reports and may remove content, warn a member, restrict an account or remove someone permanently. We are not obliged to monitor everything posted, and we may act on a report at our discretion.

LEHHGO may lead to meeting people offline. We do not verify member identities and do not run background checks. You are responsible for your own safety and your own decisions: meet in public, tell someone where you are going, arrange your own travel, and use your judgement. Attending any experience is at your own risk and subject to the organizer’s terms.

The LEHHGO name, design and software belong to LEHHGO. These terms give you permission to use the product personally, not to copy, resell or build on it. Event names, logos and images belonging to organizers remain theirs.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile; what happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.

LEHHGO is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. LEHHGO is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by law, LEHHGO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product, from third-party event information, or from experiences you attend. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

We may change the service or these terms. When we make a material change to the terms we will update the effective date at the top of this page and tell you in the product. Continuing to use LEHHGO after that means you accept the updated terms.
